Clare retailers are bracing themselves for a manic day as bargain shoppers hit the county’s towns for Black Friday.
The American phenomenon has been growing legs in Ireland in recent years, with those in retail and hospitality slashing prices for the day to encourage people to spend with them.
It’ll be followed by Cyber Monday after the weekend, where deals will be available to shoppers online.
