Today marks the culmination of week-long celebrations marking Bloomsday.
Bloomsday itself commemorates the day in 1904 on which all the action of James Joyce’s novel Ulysses takes place.
If you’re in Dublin, you can expect to see Joyceans dressed in period costumes, visiting the locations mentioned in the book and taking part in readings.
