The jury in the case of two men accused of murdering a Brazilian man from Gort and dumping his body in a north Kerry bog have begun their deliberations.
20 year old John-Paul Cawley, and Wenio Rodriguez Da Silva who is 29, both with addresses at 2 Ardoughter Ballyduff, are accused of murdering 28 year old Bruno Lemes De Sousa, between February 16th and 17th last year.
Both men have pleaded NOT guilty to the charge of murder; however John-Paul Cawley pleaded guilty to manslaughter.
Mr. Justice Garrett Sheehan finished his charge to the jury who begun their deliberations around 20 past 11 this morning at the Central Criminal Court sitting in Tralee
