Suspected Boko Haram rebels from Nigeria have killed a soldier in Cameroon and abducted ten Chinese workers, after a five-hour gunfight.
The attack happened at a work site 12 miles from Nigeria's border.

Militants stole ten vehicles and a container of explosives belonging to a Chinese company.
Meanwhile, Nigeria and its neighbours say they're ready to declare war on Boko Haram, they kidnapped more than two hundred schoolgirls more than a month ago.
The French President Francois Hollande says intelligence suggests the group imports weapons from other conflict zones in Northern Africa like Libya.
