A book of condolence to honour Muhammad Ali will open in Ennis today.
After a weekend which saw an outpouring of tributes for the iconic boxer, Ali will be remembered in the ancestral home that he memorably visited in 2009.

On that occasion, Muhammad Ali became the first person to be named an Honorary Freeman of Ennis.
The book of condolence will be opened at Áras Contae an Chláir on New Road in Ennis at 11 o'clock this morning.
