The book of evidence is due to be served on former junior minister and Fianna Fáil TD Ivor Callely .
The 54 year old is accused of making false mobile phone expense claims at Leinster House.

Former Junior Minister Ivor Callely is facing six charges of making bogus mobile phone expenses claims while a member of the Seanad.
The alleged offences took place on dates between November 2007 and December of 2009.
The 54 year old was granted bail at his first District Court appearance last week.
The book of evidence is due to be served on the former Fianna Fail TD today. Once that is done he can be sent forward for trial to the Circuit Criminal Court.
