Kilkishen National School is in for a major refurbishment, with news that an additional classroom will be built along with three new special education rooms.
Plans to construct the three SET facilities were unveiled a number of months ago and it’s now been decided to add an extra mainstream classroom in conjunction with those works, to avoid future disruption there.
The project follows the recent addition of a new extension and an astro turf playing pitch and ball wall.

The next phase of development is expected to get underway in the summer.
