Clare’s Junior Minister insists that the current growth in employment is sustainable.
Pat Breen is commenting in light of new figures which show a 7% increase in the number of people at work in the MidWest in the past year.
According to the CSO’s latest Quarterly National Household Survey, there are now 164,400 people in work in Clare, Limerick and North Tipperary, the highest number recorded since 2008.
