Clare natives living illegally in the US will find out next month if a key law determining their futures will be passed.
There are around 50,000 undocumented Irish in America, many of whom have started families and set-up life there, yet because of their status they continually fear deportation.

The Pro Immigrations Bill will be debated by House of Representatives from September 9th, and a delegation will travel from here to Washington DC to lobby on behalf of the Irish.
It will be led by Clare Fine Gael TD Pat Breen, who feels it’s a vitally important law
