A decision on when the Book of Evidence will be served to two men charged over Brian Casey’s death is expected to be known today.
29 year old Harry Dinan of 10 Waterpark Heights, Ennis and 22 year old Kevin Dinan of 3 Clarehill, Clarecastle are due back before Ennis District Court where the state is set to indicate what directions its received from the DPP.
The two men are charged with assault causing harm to Lissycasey man Brian Casey on Saint Stephen’s Night last.

At Ennis District Court two weeks ago Inspector Michael Gallagher informed Judge Joseph Managan that the state would be in a position to indicate when the Book of Evidence would be ready for service.
