Britain's ambassador to the United Nations says Russia is partnering with the Syrian government to carry out war crimes.
Dozens of airstrikes have hit the besieged city of Aleppo at the end of what's been described by the UN's top envoy to Syria as "one of the worst weeks" of the conflict.
