A Cabinet meeting is underway this evening as Ministers attempt to address final issues in realtion to the budget.
The main devisive issues are understood to be health and welfare cuts.

Speaking earlier today before the meeting The Tanaiste says difficult decisions will be made in relation to the budget but he says he’s hopeful people will understand.
