Details of a wide-ranging cabinet reshuffle are set to be announced this afternoon.
Enda Kenny and Joan Burton are expected to put the finishing touches to their reshuffle this morning, and begin informing ministers of their new assignments.

Several departments are likely to change hands, while other departments face the prospect of being split up or unofficially merged.
The appointments will be announced to the Dáil, which will vote on the appointment of the new ministers – before President Michael D. Higgins will present the new ministers with their seals of office.
