The Clare County Chairman of the ICMSA is calling for the law surrounding prenuptial agreements in this country to be overhauled.
It comes as a recent survey by Farm Ireland has found that 72% of farmers would support a call for legally binding pre-nups in this country.
1,000 farmers were asked their opinions on a number of issues including water charges, religion, safety, farm accidents and pre-nups.
