Ennis Councillor Paul O’Shea is outside the Dail today to highlight the issue, it comes following the tragic death of 14 year old Emma Sloan who died outside a Dublin restaurant just before Christmas as a result of a nut allergy.
Cllr O’Shea say 25 percent of Irish people have some sort of food allergy and something must be done to stop another premature death.
