There are calls on the Mayor of Limerick to withdrawl comments made surronding the controversial Limerick Clare boundary issue.
Mayor Kevin Kiely is quoted as saying that that ‘no right thinking person would take notice of what Cathal Crowe says’ following a call from the Meelick Councillor that Denis Brosnan should be removed as chairman of the Limerick Local Government Review COmmittee.
Mayor Kiely adds that Councillor Crowe ‘should sit down and think before making such irresponsable statements’ in the future.
