The British Prime Minister has been excluded from EU leaders' talks today.
The 27 other EU member countries will meet in Brussels around now to discuss the future post-Brexit.

In Scotland meanwhile the President Michael D Higgins will address their parliament this afternoon, as it tries to secure a deal to remain in Europe despite the referendum result.
