Cannabis worth approximately 12,000 euro has been seized by Gardai in East Clare.
The discovery was made yesterday afternoon following a planned search of a property at Magherabaun (Maher-a-bawn) in Feakle – as part of an ongoing operation.

Gardai in Shannon seized a number of cannabis plants and resin and the area has been sealed off for a technical examination.
No arrests have been made and investigations are ongoing.
