A 22 year old man has died in a road accident in county Cavan overnight.
It happened when the car he was driving left the carriageway on the N3 at Virginia and hit a wall at around 2am.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Gardaí are carrying out a technical examination of the scene and diversions are in place.
