CEO of BA says take up on Shannon CBP Service is excellent

The Chief Executive of British Airways says customer reaction to the immigration pre-clearance service at Shannon Airport has been ‘excellent’ and isn’t ruling out the possibility of more BA routes to the USA stopping at the Mid West airport.

Willie Walsh says the recently launched BA service from London City to JFK, through Shannon, has proven popular – with bookings for this week at over 70 per cent capacity.
