The Chairperson of Shannon Airport says she’s convinced the airport’s new CEO will be a success.
52 year old Neil Pakey, a former managing director of Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport is to take up his new role at Shannon next month.

The Scottish national has also held senior positions at Manchester Airport, and at two international airlines, Air Seychelles and British Caledonian Airways.
The Transport Minister has welcomed Mr. Pakey’s appointment while Shannon Chairperson Rose Hynes has told Clare FM she feels he’s the ideal man for the job.
