The gathering which is being organised by the Clare Leader Forum who will hear calls for the The UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities to be ratified.
It gets underway at half 11, and marks International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
The Deputy Director of the Centre for Disability, Law and Policy at NUIG will be speaking at the event.
