It’s hoped a high profile visit to Clare by Chinese diplomats will boost tourism in the county.
A delegation from the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China – will visit tourist sites around the country to foster economic and cultural links with Ireland.
Their visit is part of bilateral talks on trade between Ireland and the people’s Republic of China
Today the group will visit Bunratty Castle and the Cliffs of Moher – and it’s hoped the showcasing of our attractions will encourage more tourists from the People’s Republic of China to visit the county.
