The Kilfenora Céilí Band is being honoured by the people of county Clare today.
A Civic Reception to officially recognise the worldwide success of the traditional Irish music group is being hosted by Clare County Council this evening.
The event for the band, which celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2009 is being staged at Aras Contae an Chlair in Ennis.
