The treasurer of Clare Abortion Rights Campaign claims a lack of knowledge about available services disproportionately impacts those in rural areas.
A new report suggests women are still having difficulty in accessing these services, as well as accessing information on the subject.
It’s claimed more than half of people seeking abortions still don’t know how to access services and continue to travel abroad for terminations.
