Two Clare Cheesemakers have been short-listed for a top prize in the UK.
Buren Gold which is produced at the farm shop at the Ailwee Cave and Bluebell Falls Goats Cheese which is produced by the Keane family in Ballynacally are guaranteed at least medals at the British Cheese Awards.

A total of 18 cheese makers from north and south of the border have been short-listed in the competition which will take place in Cardiff on the 21st of September
