Clare’s brightest young coders are revealing their latest creations at Ireland’s biggest technology event, the CoderDojo Coolest Projects Awards.
Three teams from CoderDojo Ennis are taking part in this year’s event, which takes place at the RDS today.

Their projects include an automatic number plate recognition camera for home security, a 3D online multiplayer game and a new system that allows sound files to be transmitted through laser beams.
Over 10,000 people are expected at the RDS for the free event next Saturday when the local youngsters join more than 800 young innovators from across Ireland and Europe in the fifth annual awards.
