Clare County Council is to come alive with jigs and reels in the near future, with news that one of Clare’s brightest dancing talents is to be honoured.
11-year-old Keeva Corry from Cree won gold at this year’s World Irish Dancing Championships, her second time to lift a title at the prestigious event.

At their May meeting local representatives voted to honour young Keeva for this achievement – an event in her honour will be held at a later date.
