Clare motorists are being urged to exercise caution on the county’s roads this weekend, as a general thaw sets in
Clare County Council has warned of localised severe ground frosts especially at night over the coming nights- this could give rise to black ice on some roads.
With regards to supplies of salt, the Council has warned that only priority routes – Motorway and National primary roads – will be treated.
