Clare’s newest Fianna Fail member and Ennis Councillor Brian Meaney is set to be among the county’s delegates attending the party’s Ard Fheis in Dublin.
The two day event gets underway this evening with up to 300 motions down for debate including a call for the party’s traditional pro-life stance to be maintained.

Two Clare degates Eoin Neylon and Garrett Greene are also vying to get elected to the Party’s Committee of 20 and if successful, it will bring to four the number of Clare members on the National Executive.
