Homelessness and the refugee crisis will be discussed today, while Enda Kenny is also expected to update the Dáil on efforts to form a new Government.
Following talks with a number of Independents in recent days, including Clare's Michael Harty, it has been speculated that Fine Gael would look to form a minority government without Fianna Fáil's support.
But Deputy Breen thinks the so-called grand coalition may be the only way to ensure stability
