On Clare FM’s Morning Focus Micheál Martin claimed the opposition’s plan to end block payments to hospitals would take away Clare’s County Hospital only guaranteed income, and questioned it’s future viability.
However Fine Gael Election Candidate Tony Mulcahy has refuted this and is adamant that his party’s plan will protect services at Ennis General
