As Clare’s dole queues continue to grow, an increased number of people across the county are considering turning to immigration as the solution.

A new clare.fm opinion poll has found that 68 percent of those quizzed, would look at emigrating in order to find employment.
The survey also found that just under a third – would prefer to remain on home soil .
Last live CSO live register figures for Clare show that there are currently 10, 708 people receiving some form of employment benefit – July’s hike of 223 was the highest recorded county-wide since January.
