Clare FM has scooped two national media awards for News and Current affairs.
Ireland’s PPI Local Radio Station of the year has added to its list of accolades at the Justice Media Awards which recognise "outstanding journalism in the print and broadcast media that contributes to the public’s understanding of the law".
Certificates were presented to Clare FM News for Court Reporting in a number of high profile cases last year, while Clare FM’s Morning Focus was also presented with a Justice Media Certificate for its regular Free Legal Advice Slot.
The Clare Champion Newspaper also received a Justice Media Certificate along with Clare FM and other National Media who were present for the awards ceremony at the Law Society of Ireland in Dublin last evening.
