Clare FM’s Managing Director has been given one of the most prestigious accolades in Irish Radio.
Liam O’Shea has been inducted into the PPI Radio Awards Hall of Fame today, an honour which awards those who have made an exceptional contribution to radio in Ireland.
Mr. O’Shea joins an elite group of radio personnell in the PPI Hall of Fame as he was joined by well known Broadcaster Joe Duffy and Voiceover artsit Bill Golding at a ceremony in Dublin today for the annoucement of their achievement.
All three will be guests of honour at the 2013 PPI Radio Awards Presentation in Kilkenny this Friday night, where Clare FM has also been nominated for national awards in three categories for Best News Bulletin, Best Current Affairs Show and Best Specialist Music Show.
