Easter weekend road users across Clare are being urged to ensure they don’t become the county’s first road fatality in 2011.
Gardaí have launched their Bank Holiday campaign and are warning people they will be an increased officer presence on routes right across Clare both this weekend and next.

The mobile safety vans which have recorded an increase in speeding offences across the county will also be out in force over the coming days.
Inspector John Galvin- head of the Garda Traffic Corp in Clare Garda Division wants road users to ensure their holiday weekend doesn’t end in tragedy.
