South East Clare Communities are Spring Cleaning today as part of the national campaign to tidy our local areas.
A number of events are taking place in Westbury, Shannon Banks, Parteen and Ardnacrusha between 11 and 1 o’clock to collect rubbish and target local litter blackspots.
The ‘Spring Clean’ events are supported by Clare County Council and An Taisce and information on organising spring clean events in other parts of the county this month can be found on www.nationalspringclean.org
