Two reports out this morning show a two-tier property market is emerging – with prices in Dublin beginning to increase – while house prices in Clare and rest of the country continues to decline.
According to the Daft.ie House Price Report for the first quarter of 2013 – house prices in Dublin are up 0.5 per cent on last year – the first increase since early 2007.

However both Daft and MyHome.ie show that prices outside of the capital continue to fall – they’re down by 6-point-6 per cent on 2012 according to Daft.ie, and by over 9 per cent, according to MyHome.ie.
