Three housing projects in Clare have been shortlisted for a prestigious award.
The Community Housing Awards, which take place every two years recognise and promote quality in housing delivery, management and services to tenants.

Cuan an Chláir has been named in the "Housing for Older People" category and Glór ns Srutha in Clonlara, which is managed by Clare County Council has shortlisted in the "Housing For Families" category.
Clúid Housing Association has been named as a "Collaborative Initiatives" finalist for its Clare-based project at Mill Place in Ennis.
The winners will be announced at a special ceremony in Tullamore, Co. Offaly on the 16th of September.
