A new foundation which aims to assist people who want to take legal challenges against taxes and charges will be launched in Clare in the coming weeks.
Caomhnoir na hEireann will be a subscription funded group which aims to offer financial advice and practical support to people who wish to take cases over issues such as the Housing Charge, Irish Water rates and mortgage repayments.
