Clare Mother Calls For Enforcement Of New Speed Limits In Housing Estates

A South East Clare mother is calling for new powers allowing for even lower speed limits in housing estates to be enforced.

Currently, local authorities can limit speeds to 30 kilometres per hour in residential areas, but new legislation will allow for that to be reduced to 20 kilometres per hour.
