Householders in North and South East Clare are bracing themselves for Spring Tides tomorrow which could lead to further flooding.
Floodwaters eased slightly over the weekend but parts of the county remain on high alert and the Clare Crisis Management Team is monitoring the situation closely.
In South East Clare a barrier has been erected from Shannon Banks to Athlunkard Bridge ahead of high tides tomorrow and reinforcements have been put up along the Parteen GAA Club
