The people of Clare are being invited to nominate their friends and neighbours for recognition as ‘Clare Covid Heroes’ for good deeds done during the pandemic.
The Office of the Cathaoirleach in Clare County Council is looking to celebrate the unseen work of people here helping others since the onset of COVID-19.
All Clare Covid Heroes will then receive a special certificate of commendation from the local authority.

Cathaoirleach Mary Howard says it’s about recognising unsung heroes throughout Clare.
Nominations for Clare Covid Heroes can be made via post to Clare County Council or by email to cathaoirleach@clarecoco.ie
