Clare has one of the highest agency engagements on the Western seaboard when it comes to personal debt.
The latest report from the Insolvency Service of Ireland shows 90 people in the the banner county sought solutions between 2014 and 2016.
But the figure is in contrast to the likes of Waterford, where 277 residents sought solutions over that time, the highest in the country.
