Ahead of National Volunteering Week, Clare Volunteer Centre insists there's many ways people can get involved.

Manager Sharon Meaney has pointed out that there's a variety of ways people can use to their specific skills to help groups and organisation both in Clare and further afield.
Not only that, she says volunteering is also a great way to make new friends.
