House prices in Clare are continuing to fall – but not as fast as in recent years.
The latest price survey from property website, Daft.ie, shows that prices fell by almost 3 and a half per cent since January.

That’s the smallest quarterly decline in almost two years.
In the Banner County specifically, the property website says the average cost of a home now stands at 209 thousand Euro – a drop of 28 percent on 2007 figures
