The Clare Pyrite Action Group will be among a group of protesters marching in Dublin today against the government’s redress scheme for the issue.
People from this county will be joining forces with campaigners from Mayo and Donegal to highlight what they say are inadequate supports being provided by the State.
Clare homeowners who have had to deal with defects in their home are still attempting to be recognised in any overall scheme, with protestors set to call for a nationwide redress option for those whose homes have been adversely affected by the mineral.
