The late Dermot Morgan is being fondly remembered in Clare today, on the 20th anniversary of his death.
The comedian formed many close links in the north of the county when the iconic ‘Fr Ted’ was shot for Channel 4 in Kilfenora in the mid 90’s.
The huge popularity of the series brought a significant tourism boost to the area, from the time of the filming to the current day.
