The price of renting a home in Clare has hit a 9 year high.
The latest quarterly Rental Report by Daft.ie shows the average cost of renting in the county is now €731, up 39% from it’s lowest point.
Rents were on average 9.3% higher in the final three months of 2017 than had been the case the previous year, which is in line with other areas nationally outside of the major cities.
