Rents across Clare remained stable for the second quarter of this year.
New figures from Daft.ie – show the cost of renting property in the county fell by just 1 percent in the 12 months to June – with the average now standing at 543 euro- a 28 percent drop on 2007 prices.

For college goers rents in Limerick remained static – they rose by 3 percent in Galway and 2 percent in Cork – with the biggest jump in Dublin at 7 percent.
